SMS Terms & Conditions

The terms of the Sapphire Development LLC text messaging program.

Effective date: September 18, 2026

By opting in to receive text messages from Sapphire Development LLC, you agree to the following terms.

The messages you may receive

Our program has two separate message categories. You will only receive messages in a category you have specifically opted in to.

  • Customer care messages. You may receive transactional messages related to replies to your enquiry, the status of your cash offer, and document and closing updates. Sent only if you opted in to customer care text messages.
  • Marketing messages. You may receive recurring marketing messages related to promotional offers, company news and newsletters, and other marketing messages. Sent only if you opted in to marketing text messages.

How you opt in

Consent is collected on the contact form of this website, through two separate checkboxes — one for customer care messages and one for marketing messages.

  • Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. You must tick a box yourself to opt in to that category.
  • Both checkboxes are optional. The contact form can be submitted with both boxes left unticked, and we will respond by email or phone instead.
  • The two categories are independent. Ticking one does not opt you in to the other, and you may opt in to one, both, or neither.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and your plan. Sapphire Development LLC does not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe, and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers include most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.

Changes to the program

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
